Depending upon the structure injured, common complaints include pain, instability, locking of joint, loss of full range of motion i.e. stiffness which eventually causes difficulty in carrying sports activities like running , jumping, throwing or even sometimes restricted activities of daily living such as brisk walking, climbing stairs, siiting, doing overhead activities etc.
